Processing time

Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a tracking email when your order ships.

Transit and delivery estimates

Standard transit typically takes another 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

The Shop Promise estimate shown at checkout is the best current estimate for your address. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears lost, email contact@pinhuntersgolfco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos when applicable. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
