Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

The Pin Hunters Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by Pin Hunters Golf Co. and is intended to reward eligible customers who refer new, first-time custom product clients to our business. Participation in the Program constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older and residing in the United States. Referrals must also be based in the U.S. to qualify for participation. Businesses, resellers, and automated or bulk referrals are not eligible.

2. Qualified Referral

A “Qualified Referral” means a new customer that:

   - Has never placed a custom order with Pin Hunters Golf Co.

   - Was not already in contact with us prior to your referral

   - Was not already planning to place an order

   - Places and fully pays for a first-time custom order of 25 or more units of towels, brushes, hats, or a combination of those products

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies under these terms.

3. Referrer Reward

The referrer will receive a $50 VISA® digital gift card within 6 weeks of the qualifying order being paid in full. The gift card will be delivered via email. Gift cards never expire and will not carry service fees.

Referrers may earn a maximum of ten (10) rewards per calendar year, equal to a total of $500 annually. Once this limit is reached, no further rewards will be issued during that year.

4. Referred Customer Reward

The referred customer will receive the same experience as all custom clients—free artwork, mockups, and support—but no additional discounts apply through this referral program.

5. Program Abuse

Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple identities, accounts, or email addresses to claim rewards. Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Program in any way may result in loss of rewards, account termination, and/or legal action.

We reserve the right to verify all referrals and disqualify any that do not meet these Terms.

6. Disclosure Requirements

If you promote your referral publicly (e.g. social media, website, email list), you must clearly disclose that you may receive a reward if someone places an order through your referral. This is required under FTC endorsement guidelines.

7. Tax Compliance

If you earn $600 or more in rewards in a single calendar year, we will request a completed IRS Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes. To avoid this, the program is currently capped at $500 per person per year.

8. Changes and Termination

Pin Hunters Golf Co. reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. However, any rewards already earned based on completed qualifying orders will be honored.

9. Void Where Prohibited

This program is void where prohibited by law. It is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
